Mina grew up in the small city of Izumo on the west coast of Japan. Her passion for cooking blossomed as she spent a great amount of time learning traditional home-style cooking from her grandmother. After finishing culinary school, she gained experience working at bakeries before eventually starting a food business in Victoria. She is dedicated to learning new culinary techniques and exploring different flavors, all in the hopes of introducing the essence of Japanese culture through Paradise products to customers in Victoria.
