Celebrate and make every occasion and moment special with a Japanese-style decoration cake, made to order with premium ingredients and just enough sweetness to keep every bite as good as the last.
We use organic Canadian flour, free-run or organic eggs, Avalon dairy, and Cacao Barry chocolate for our cakes.

Madagascar Vanilla, Akateaco Matcha, Izumo Hojicha, & Chocolate Cream
*Cream and sponge can be mixed and matched, e.g. chocolate sponge with vanilla cream

After, you've picked your sponge and cream flavours + fruits + sizing, send us a message and we'll get back to you! Two weeks’ notice is ideal, but we’ll do our best to accommodate shorter notice. All custom cakes are made in my private kitchen with care.
